Senior Subject Matter Analysisto PM Close Combat Systems:

Bowhead is looking for aSenior Subject Matter Analysisto PM Close Combat System to support the PM CCS contract at Picatinny, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical and analytical recommendations to assigned PM CCS Project Officers regarding technologies, concepts, and/or systems in the investigation of relevant technologies and solutions with application to requirements.

• Coordinate with lead points of contacts at US Army Centers of Excellence, US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), Combatant Commands, to provide efficient Program Management Support.

• Assist in analyzing documentation and organization of Operation and Organization Plans, Scenario and Vignette development, Modeling and Simulations, Concept of Employment, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), System Training Plan (STRAP), Critical Operational Issues Criteria (COIC), Operation Mode Summary/Mission Profile (OMS/MP), Measure of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness

Qualifications

Education and General Experience: A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent. A graduate degree in Business is also desired, but not required. The Senior Analyst should have 10-15 years professional experience as an Analyst and supervisory experience on complex or similar programs relevant to the PM CCS programs.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearacne. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
